Eagle Creek Advent Calendar – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Eagle Creek, accessible via https://eaglecreek.eu/ (hereinafter referred to as "Eagle Creek").

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Switzerland or the EU who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of Eagle Creek and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, you must:

Only one entry per person per Advent Sunday is allowed.

4. Prizes

Three winners will be selected each Advent Sunday. Each winner receives one of the three Eagle Creek products described in the corresponding Advent door. Prize allocation is based on availability and drawing order.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

5. Duration

The giveaway runs over four Advent Sundays:

  • 1st Advent: until Saturday, December 6th, 2025, 11:59 PM
  • 2nd Advent: until Saturday, December 13th, 2025, 11:59 PM
  • 3rd Advent: until Saturday, December 20th, 2025, 11:59 PM
  • 4th Advent: until Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, 11:59 PM

Participation begins with the publication of the corresponding Advent door.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants and notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Eagle Creek reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way connected to, sponsored by, endorsed by, or organized by Instagram. Participants release Instagram from all claims.

8. Disqualification

Eagle Creek reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions, manipulate the giveaway, or use fake accounts.

9. Privacy

By participating, participants consent to the processing of their data for marketing purposes and agree to receive marketing emails. Data will be used exclusively by Eagle Creek.
