Not what you wanted? No worries. You are welcome to return anything that was purchased at eaglecreek.eu up to 14 days from the date your order was placed. We ask that returned items are kept in new, unused condition, with all components and tags intact.
If you need to return multiple pieces of luggage from the same order, please let us know the exact amount of boxes. This will allow you to receive a shipping label for each box. Each return shipping label is for the exact product listed on the return.

SHIP YOUR ITEMS
Package your item(s) in their original packaging or same size box/bag. Affix the return label and drop off at any DPD location. Our warehouse will be notified when DPD scans your return and we will be watching for it.
Once your return has been received and processed, we will send you an email notification that your refund has been processed. Please note: Returns can take up to two weeks to complete.
How much does it cost to return my order?
Returns are free of charge.
Can I return a product if it was a gift?
If you received your item as a gift that was purchased directly from Eagle Creek, and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Service Team to assist. If possible, obtain the order number and associated email address to expedite processing.
How long do returns take?
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7 business days after your items are returned to our warehouse.
What shipping carriers do you use for returns?
We have upgraded all return labels to DPD to ensure the most prompt and reliable shipping service available.
What qualifies for a return?
All Eagle Creek products that are listed on eaglecreek.eu qualify for a return. We ask that items be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all components, and packaging intact. If an item arrived damaged, it also qualifies for a return.
What if I purchased my item elsewhere?
Only items purchased at eaglecreek.eu can be returned through our website. If you purchased your Eagle Creek product elsewhere, please return your item at the store or website where it was originally purchased.
Can I request an exchange for something different than my original purchase?
At this time, eaglecreek.eu does not offer exchanges. The best option is to return your item and purchase the style you wanted.
What if the item arrived damaged or defective?
If your item arrived damaged in any way, please reach out to customer service for support. We will arrange an replacement.
How do I find my order number?
The order number was send with the order confirmation email. Or please contact Customer Service to assist with locating your order number.
How do I get updates?
Use the tracking number on your shipping label to check on the status of your return. If it has arrived at our Warehouse, and has not been processed, please contact Customer Service.
How do I get a return shipping label?
The label will be generated after you complete the refund policy form. Our Customer Service will send you the DPD return label with email.
How is my return refunded?
Eagle Creek will credit your original form of payment once the returned item arrives back at our warehouse.
