Transparent Shipping Costs
With us, you pay shipping costs just once per order, not per product. This means: more clarity and lower total costs for you. We don't include shipping costs in the price of each item; instead, we list them transparently at the end of your order. This way, you benefit from lower prices per item and only pay what's actually necessary – fair and economical.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Our goal is to process and ship orders within two (2) business days from the order date. The Shipping Time includes order processing. Shipping delays are common due to reasons beyond our control, therefore we include an order tracking number and link to the carrier in our shipping confirmation emails, so you always have access to the status of your order delivery.
- Delivery time for EU: 3-5 business days
- Delivery time for Switzerland: 5-12 business days (This is based on custom clearance)
- Delivery time UK: 8-13 business days (This is based on custom clearance)
Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are as followed:
- Germany: 5,00 EUR
- Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxemburg: 9,95 EUR
- Rest of EU: 19,95 EUR
- Switzerland: 35,00 EUR
- UK: 50,00 EUR
The orders are shipped with different parcel providers based on the country.
