Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery within the EU then takes 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries to the UK take longer, usually 8 to 13 business days, as every parcel passes through customs clearance. Shipping costs €5.00 for Germany, €9.95 for Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, €19.95 for the rest of the EU and £13.00 for the UK. Newsletter members enjoy free shipping on orders over €100.

The No Matter What® guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, from zips, buckles and handles to wheels and fabric. We repair functional damage. No matter what. For the life of the product. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage such as scuffs, scratches or stains are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase, you will need it to file a claim.

Warranty & Repair

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to register a return, and returns are free of charge. Complete the returns form and our customer service team will email you a DPD return label. Items need to be unused and in new condition, with all tags and components intact. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days after the return reaches our warehouse.

Many of our fabrics are water-repellent and handle light rain and damp conditions well. Our bags are not fully waterproof though, as seams and zips are not sealed. You will find the exact materials and weather protection for each model on its product page.

Every product page lists the volume in litres along with exact dimensions and weight. As a rule of thumb, 40 to 60 litres covers a long weekend, while a week or more on the road calls for 90 litres and up. If you pack with the Pack-It™ system, you can organise smaller volumes more efficiently and often go one size down.

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. The quickest way to get the size or colour you want is to return your item free of charge and place a new order. Your refund reaches your original payment method within 7 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.

Many of our packs and duffels are sized for cabin use, and every product page lists exact dimensions and weight. Airlines set their own carry-on limits though, and they differ between carriers and fare classes. Compare the listed dimensions with your airline's current rules before you fly.
